1. Purpose
The ZBK series Roots vacuum pump is a coarse vacuum acquisition equipment widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, food, clothing, sugar manufacturing, etc. It is an ideal equipment for vacuum dehydration of long wire mesh suction tanks or long wire paper machine mesh suction tanks in the papermaking industry. Compared with water ring vacuum pumps, the ZBK series Roots vacuum pump has the advantages of high pumping speed, high efficiency, compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, long service life, and low power consumption in this range. The suction medium can be a mixture of dry, humid air or water, but the medium cannot contain particulate matter, high dust gas or corrosive substances.
2、 Structure and Working Principle
The internal structure of this machine consists of two 8-shaped rotors. The motor drives the driving rotor to rotate through a triangular pulley, and drives the driven rotor to rotate through a synchronous gear. The two rotors do not touch each other and maintain a gap of about 0.4mm. Maintain a clearance of approximately 0.25mm between the rotor, pump body, and end cap. During operation, in the lower part of the pump chamber, the continuous separation of the two rotors causes volume expansion, while in the upper part, the continuous connection of the two rotors causes volume contraction, thus completing the suction and exhaust functions, and creating a vacuum on the suction side, while the exhaust side is connected to the atmosphere, approaching atmospheric pressure.
The outlet of the pump body has a sound-absorbing box, which also has stable pressure and sealing functions, improving the working efficiency of the pump.
